Paleolithic Acheulian

Help me put this into words?writing a message to my teacher?
Ok so at my school we have a website called chalksite and I need to write my teacher a message about our history assignment.
Our assignment is making a early man tool.
I’m making a axe.
If you look at these pics you see that axe’s back then didn’t have handles.

What I’m wanting to ask if it my project would require a handle…help me put this into words?
I would say, ” I’m making an axe for our history assignment, but I noticed that most axes in early history didn’t have handles. Would my axe require a handle or should I make it look like the axe in this photo?” That should work…. Notice I pretty much reworded exactly what you said, haha…. Hope I helped! :^)
